Processing Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping We offer the following shipping options for UK orders:
- Standard delivery (3–5 business days)
- Express delivery (1–2 business days)
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders — see our website for current thresholds.
International Shipping We ship to selected countries in the EU and worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 5–14 business days. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.
Order Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order's journey.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@pocketandplush.co.uk and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging and email us at hello@pocketandplush.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
